For foreign guests, booking is available only through personal contact.
Here is how you can make a reservation:
Choose the day with the indicated boat departure when you would like to use the service.
Send us your request by email to info@popeyelesko.hu. Please also include your phone number. We try to respond quickly, but no later than within 12 hours. Once we accept your registration, we will send you a travel agreement, which will specify the amount to be transferred and your next steps. You will also receive a detailed description of the meeting point, clothing recommendations, and general information. The agreement will contain our bank account details, where you need to transfer the deposit (less than 30% of the total participation fee). By paying the deposit, the agreement becomes binding. If you do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited. Of course, you will receive an invoice both for the deposit and for the remaining balance to be paid on-site.
Your request does not commit you to anything. If the agreement is not suitable for you, you simply do not make the payment, and it will automatically become void.
On the day of the tour, if boating is not possible (storm, flood, navigation ban, etc.), we will call you in the morning and of course refund your payment.
If there is no scheduled boat on your requested day but you are at least six people, it is possible to organize a private boat, or we can open the booking to others and fill the boat at the regular price.
For any requests or questions, you can always contact us by email. We will reply within 12 hours, even if you are only asking for information and not registering for the tour.
